Shutting our eyes for what seems like 20 minutes, yet 6, 7
or 8 hours pass with ease. Feeling safe, away from our stresses and
pressure. I've been thinking about everything that I personally and
probably others worry about.
For years, the worry of walking out your front door,
getting on a train, riding to work or waiting for a bus has always been
on the minds of hundreds, but why? Yes we are all human but why has the
world become such a place that we have to worry?
I went up to London on Sunday, I was nervous and what was even
worse was the fact that I knew I didn't want to be.
Based in the heart of Wembley, Dream & Achieve bring football squads together to break away from day by day life! I arrived early, it rained, it hailed, it was windy and it was sunny but the turn out was still incredible, the love and enjoyment for the tournament was clear on everyone's face, it was so refreshing to see. Being asked to come and photograph such a great and honest charity run by the most genuine of people, I honestly loved working alongside them! This experience opened my eyes to more than just football, it showed me that behind what the media shows you, people will always come together and it was great to see how much this charity promotes just that!
